Why? |
Not the PP, but Yoplait uses thickeners in their Greek yogurt. |
| Costco’s is better than most. Plain non fat is the only one I’ve tried. |
| I like Chobani vanilla yogurt mixed with a little strawberry jam. I also sprinkle with chocolate chips, but realize this makes it no longer fat free. |
This - nothing beats Siggis. It has ruined me for all other yougurt |
You’re on a slippery slope there, pp.

| Another vote for TJ’s nonfat. |
| I like the texture of Fage, but Stonyfield is less sour to use for recipes (like the WW 2 ingredient bread). |
| Full fat wallaby. Not even close. It tastes decadent. |
You might want to try the ALDI Greek yogurt. I buy and love Siggi’s between ALDI visits, but that ALDI brand is truly delicious. My favorite brands in order of preference: ALDI Siggis Fage Chobani |
| I'm on WW and non-fat yogurt is one of the things you can eat often. I do a mix of Fage, Chobani & TJs. Sometimes I do Greek and sometimes just regular non-fat plain yogurt. By mixing them up, it keeps the flavors and texture from being too monotonous. I add chopped apples& cinnamon, a tsp of honey, bananas, a little granola, blueberries, strawberries, a tsp of chocolate sauce, etc. There are a bunch of ways you can keep it interesting. |

just curious wht full fat is better for you. I honestly can't eat it too thick and rich.
Love Fage and will eat Giant brand greek yogurt |
