I get it when I go on WJLA, esp. their weather page.

I have been getting it on DCUM very frequently lately too on iPhone.

It happens to me on lots of different sites, mostly news sites, and it happens when in private mode too. Drives me bonkers!!

Can I ask what you do when these popups happen? I just close out the site I am on and start again and hope for the best. Should I restart my (android) phone?

Based on your experience, I just went to WJLA and got a redirect. I was capturing my traffic and was able to trace it back to its source (these ads use many redirects going from one server to another so the final URL you see when you get the ad is no help in identifying from where the ad came). The source of the WJLA redirect is not a network that we use, but I can try finding someone at WJLA who works on their ads and maybe they can eliminate it from their site.

In case it's helpful, I only ever get this message on DCUM and People.com. Clearing history and cookies works for a while and then it starts again.

OAN- even my text messages are starting to act weird. I will send a text and the person responds after my text but for whatever reason their text shows up as if they sent it first. iPhone craziness at it's finest...

That is a known issue with iOS right now. It was happening to me as well. Google it and you'll see a few fixes until Apple issues an update. For me, just turning it off and starting it back up after a while worked.
