And he hasn’t pushed the nuclear button despite repeatedly asking why he can’t. #winning. Tillerson and Mattis have to restrain him from executing the ill-conceived “bloody nose” strategy against North Korea. No wonder he is so unpopular.

As for "productive" the stats disagree with you. He's signed less legislation and has fewer actual accomplishments that he's put his pen to than any President in our lifetimes. There is no inflection point for when he took office in the economic data, it's just a continued steady trend that extends back 5 years prior. His travel and immigration policies have been a mess with court challenge after court challenge, he still hasn't built that wall and Gorsuch still hasn't accomplished anything other than to show himself as mediocre and being put in his place by the other Justices. Apart from that internationally he's kicked hornets nests, destroyed America's goodwill and alienated all of our longtime international allies.

Obama understood the Constitution quite well. The folks who think he didn't are the ones who don't know the Constitution. Carrying around your little pocket Constitution means nothing if you haven't actually read it and thought about it, let alone even begun to understand the 200 years of case law around how SCOTUS has interpreted it.

You've put too much stock in what conservative pundits like Hannity say.

Let me let you in on a little secret: When they said "unconstitutional" they were just using the word in the same way that a 5 year old would use something like "poopyhead."

"Obama's unconstitutional policies" = "Obama's poopyhead policies."

They referred to the Constitution but there was no Constitutional argument. A constitutionality argument would have and should have been pursued in the courts - but you'll note that virtually none of the things the talking heads declared to be "unconstitutional" were - and that the handful of legal challenges that did go to the courts did not hold up to scrutiny.
