Before speaking take something like Rescue Remedy to calm your nerves.

Does that stuff really work?

I bet your voice is not shaking as much as you think. Have you recorded yourself?

+1 OP, you are probably a better public speaker than you think Most people avoid public speaking like the plague.

I used to have this too. I give client presentations all the time and it drove me crazy. And I didnt't feel nervous either!

Here's what worked for me: before you start talking, take a big breath IN. And only start talking to the audience on an EXHALE. Start talking about mid-way through your exhale.

If you start talking on your inhale, you are screwed for the rest of your talk, because you are out of your breathing rythm. That's what makes your voice sound shakey.

Remember to do this every time you talk (so if you stop to hear an audience question, do the same thing-take a big inhale, exhale half way, and talk on your exhale).

This becomes habit after awhile. But it really does work the very first time you try it! (at first, you'll have to mentally remember to do it).

Also don't feel like you have to continually talk. Taking a few seconds to do your inhale (and being comfortable with that moment of silence) is key. Plus, it makes you a better speaker--you appear more thoughtful and less reactive/hyperactive.

Good luck and congrats!
