You don't necessarily have to be smart to be a blonde. Dumb or smart you will still get ahead if you are a natural blonde. Just look at the top CEO's. They put their first woman CEO but always make her a blonde even if they absolutely suck at their job ala yahoo CEO and Wells Fargo.

I'm a minority guy that's dated more blonde women but by far the most attractive women are women with dark hair, blue/green eyes, tan skin.

Unfortunately that is a rare combo. I way prefer brunettes but they don't seem to be attracted to me
