I went to a birthday party at Lifetime Fitness this weekend

I had to stay because it was family and it was just kids running in a gym with hula hoops and roller boards. One kid at time could rock climb. That is it. My child declared it a "baby" party and thought it was the worst.

Your kid thinks playing around in a gym is for babies? And complains about parties they are invited to? That certainly says something, but perhaps more about your child than about the parties they're reviewing.

Why the hell would you come on here to just actively criticize a party? Had someone asked if the place was good, I could see giving your opinion. Do you own a business that is in competition with this place or something? Are ypu just a mean girl mom and the host is someone ypu are trying to take down? So your darlings were not 100 percent entertained. They will live. Maybe the hosts are busy and just wanted a place where weather was not an option and had staff to help out.

Lifetime parties are basically running around in a basketball court. You can rent a city or county gym to do that. My 8yr old went to one and they didn't even rock climb. He said they just played basketball and had cake.
