Did you buy a dorm kit and from where?

OP here. I wanted to thank everybody for great advice. Move in went very well, better than I expected. I didn't buy a kit, but went to Ikea, Target, Walmart, BestBuy, etc...Even went to Outlets, but that was for clothes shopping. Room was bigger than I expected and had enough of storage space. I noticed that there was a big difference between boys and girls trolleys when moving in. One girl had her storage boxes piled up as high as you can imagine... And boys had one cart, maybe two. After move in I got a few extra things(extension cord wasn't long enough..) and some food to have for snacks. Extra blanket, room was pretty cold, etc..
It all worked out great, and DS was eager to get rid of me and start "living the life," or something similar. Hopefully, that life includes studying a lot. Anyway, thanks for much for all the advice!
