Before I was married, by 36 I had
Real estate: 450,000 (owed less than $100k on it) Retirement: approx $450k Investments and savings: approx $600k |
Doesn't take away from the fact that people lie, lie, lie. |
God dayum. Spectacular. I hope you have daughters so you can pass on your genes and philosophy to them. |
Oh, is that the point of your post -- that we are all lying about our finances on an anonymous forum? I wasn't sure what you meant. |
Not believable. |
Have to agree. A ton of people on forums are trolls, and there are so many others who naively believe them. Sometimes the trolls are obvious- 10 million $ poster on this thread is an example. |
Exactly. The only thing I do believe is that all of these women make less money than their husband. |
You're doing better than me. I was a low earner until I went back to school and now making decent money at 39. You have about twice as me, although I have a little money in real estate, but not much. |
No one posted that they have $10mm |
Someone did - and by age 32! |
I guess I missed that. If it's true, good for her! |
Why would you say that? Sure, it might be more the norm but surely it isn't out of line to see women significantly wealthier than their spouse? |
