Australia. The weather will be nice in the fall here and you can do a combo of city (Sydney, Melbourne) and beach (aGBR island - there are a ton of resort choices in all price ranges).

She is early 30's and is more into her phone than museums so I don't know what we would do in Europe.

We don't drink so sitting on the beach boozing it up or getting drunk at a club doesn't excite us.

HA! I was thinking this was an arranged or an intercultural marriage as well. Even if this is not an arranged marriage, it is quite clear that these two individuals don't like the same things, are combative with each other, and should not get marriage. OP seems like he has disdain for this woman or he really doesn't know her well. Planning their honeymoon is the least of their worries.

Island hop and a few nights in Athens. Or a Greece / Turkey Cruise.

I agree with you about Paris in terms of service and food, but there are many great sites to see.

Fall in Europe is lovely! You could do a few days in Paris, then Venice and a Mediterranean cruise....?
