How much do you trust Glassdoor reviews?

I am very honest in my glassdoor reviews. I warned people about pyramid scheme jobs a la zerin business consulting for one and other type of jobs that were horrible.

Anonymity. Only you and management know your salary -- who knows the range? Maybe you are only accountant making six figures -- so they have you pegged. Fudging numbers helps that

Both my last two jobs have accurate listings on Glassdoor. I do think the negatives have a perspective that is unique to those people who wrote them – I can guess who they are – but neverless there's a grain of truth in their complaints.
