Options for avoiding high sellers' agent fee in hot neighborhood

OP here. As noted above, I plan to offer 2 or 2.5% to buyer's agent.


OP, if it's a hot neighborhood with low inventory, you may not need to bother. If it's really a hot neighborhood, post on your neighborhood listserve and someone will know someone who wants it. But if you want multiple bids, that route may not get you there.
