APS extended day website crashing

There is an aqua registration button located between personal and account.
There is also a registration link under the APS logo. It is a home icon, personal and then registration

I think you have to update the forms before you are allowed to register. I had the same problem. - couldn't get to registration link until I added information like workplace address and some other stuff.


I thought that I had done all of them, but it turns out that some of the boxes that seemed optional were not, and had to be populated with something, even if it was just "n/a."

So the thing that was holding me up was whether or not my kid had any issues to be reported. I had not filled in that big box with any text, and it needed something. And I kept missing the tiny note in blue at the top of the screen telling me to fill out the "kid's name -- Student issues" or whatever box.

So that was totally user error, whoops.

User error but also bad website design.
