How many Feds are seriously looking for new jobs?

| Large number of "retirements" at my agency since the election.. Mostly feds who have made it to the 20 mark and have decided this is an excellent time to go do consulting or work for private industry. They say they are hating the longer hours but loving the money and better benefits. |
