A friend texted me today and said, "I woke up and prayed for these 3 specific things you told me were on your mind" and I am so grateful.
I pray a lot too, and we are different faiths. It is a nice way to know someone is thinking of you.

Sometimes she suggests I pray in her style and it soooo isn't my style (location, for example) but I think if you give your friend a book, you are showing her your committment to her needs.

She doesn't have to open it, but seeing it on the shelf is like a very specific kind of greeting card.

Don't hesitate.
