FCPS lunch- option for water not included?

Seriously... it is because of the dairy lobby. Milk is the only thing reimbursable by the NSLP.

Loudoun PP again. Our school did finally put tiny little paper cups at the water fountain. But they are like the size you'd give a kid next to his bathroom sink. 2 sips.
