I'll try to help you out: in other words, it's a local chain.

Gee thanks. Chef Geoff's is a local chain, too, but I like their food and menu. My point re: Clyde's is that it is a step above TGI Friday's.

Yea. Iconic artwork. Isn't the Tysons clydes famous? A movie was filmed there

I'll try to help you out: you sound like a snarky jerk.

I was never a fan of that Clydes. The food is not that great compared to the other locations.

You'll get a boutique burger restaurant in its place!!!

To add to the thousands that are already out there? Wow, so excited.

True. I went to the clydes in Ashburn and was blown away. The food was a 7, but the atmosphere was a 10. The decor was like nothing I've ever seen in a restaurant...and absolutely nothing like anything in the dc area.

Clyde's is generally better than most of the other bland, overpriced restaurants in this area, including Chef Geoff's.

Us old folk like a decent place to go have a drink every now and then, we don't all belong to a country club. Not everyone is looking to hook up.

+1. Are only millenials allowed to go out and drink and have a good time now? F that!

Of course we 50-somethings in the Bethesda area can go out and have some drinks - that is what the Inn at Glen Echo is for!

Have you seen that written anywhere? I saw those claims in another thread but I couldn't find anything online to confirm that.

Yes, I was a Tysons 1 and was specifically told that. Everything is 30% off, no returns

Love the clydes in Rockville / tower oaks lodge. Great decor and atmosphere. Have not been to the one on ashburn. Clydes in FH is ok, Reston is terrible.

There is a Williams Sonoma in the Galleria, so I guess one in the mall was redundant. Makes sense to relocate to Mosaic.
