This. Bipolar marriages do not work. I'm a child of a bipolar father. It was a disaster, he was a disaster , he made a disaster of our family.

+1. I know only one that did and it took a lot of personal sacrifice on the part of the spouse and children. Nannies raised the children so the father could work because the mom was completely unable to work or parent.
