As for whether I would vote for baker- sure, why not?
I have to think his political aspirations are greatly diminished after this scandal. But his handling of it is admirable and I have renewed respect for him.
He could make some symbolic, high level firings like Maxwell to save his own a$$. But it seems like he is sincerely trying to do this the right way and make things better for the long run, even if it damages his own career in the short term.
