Anyone not have any pregnancy symptons during 2ww and still was pregnant?

I guess the HPT was accurate, because I just got a call from the doctor's office confirming that I am preggers! So I guess the long answer to the question is: Yes, you can be preggers during your 2ww without any symptoms.

This gives me a ray of hope! I am not having any symptoms and I am 9po. So, I'll keep myself calm and hopeful until my Beta on Tuesday.

I'm bumping this old thread in the hopes that others with more recent experiences can chime in with stories of being pregnant but having zero symptoms (sore breasts, tiredness, implantation bleeidng) during the 2WW.

Right here with you.

I was feeling a bit of breast soreness this weekend but only 5 days post o and it entirely faded by Saturday afternoon.

But, I was SURE clomid wasn't working as I had no symptoms after my 5 days and did have some follicle development.
Then, I was SURE I would need progesterone since I had no symptoms 7 days post o and my levels are fine.

I haven't had a real period in years (pill and it never returned) so have no baseline and am just trying to go day by day verse feel so sure my Monday test will be neg.

I had the same symptoms during my 2wws that were BFN and my 2ww that was BFP (slightly sore boobs and crampy - no implantation spotting). They were IVF cycles and I was taking progesterone so after the first BFN I attributed the sore boobs and crampiness to that. The third IVF, I was so convinced I wasn't pregnant I made a consult with another RE. I decided to take a HPT 5 days before my beta... I was having cramps just like my period was coming that morning so was sure it was going to be a BFN, but I couldn't take the wait anymore. Was totally shocked at the BFP. My nurse had me come in the next day and my beta was about 600. 8w4d and counting the hours until my next ultrasound. The wait to make sure there is still a heartbeat and a growing baby is almost as bad as the 2ww. Good luck, ladies!
