I suspect the letter is fake. If the car was impounded by the police, it would have been searched and the illegal items (the stimulant drugs with no prescription) would have been confiscated.

The Hadid sisters are cute but they have the head/face of someone who is overweight. So round and cheekbones undefined (the photo above is just makeup).
