I do. And I take them to the shoe repair shop every year (or every other) to have new heels put on them or replace the soles. I keep them for years.

When I was younger, yes; now that I'm older, I don't care how others spend their money but I do care when others try to tell me how to spend mine.

You want to spend $500 on shoes, knock yourself out but I think that's a waste of money and telling me to purchase the shoes because I make "a lot of money", irritates me.

And yes, I know women who will spend that much on a pair of shoes then complain that they don't have money for such and such bill *rolling eyes*

Lol totally agree. It sounds mean, but what's the point of living such a blah existence?

A cleaning lady 2x a week and at least one international vacation a year plus tons of savings sounds damn good to me!

So do I. I have had a couple of classically styled Ferragamos for over 20 years.
