PP here - glad you decided to start with one - we only transferred two after three failed FETs and then got twins and kidney failure. Fingers crossed for you!

RE said transfer 2, and we did. Got a healthy singleton out of it. When in doubt trust your gut and your doc

This is an interesting thread!
I had a miscarriage in the past and stillbirth. DH and I haven't been able to conceive naturally since my stillbirth tragedy. We tried Clomid, IUIs u name it and nothing was successful yet I was able to get pregnant quickly in the past. I'm going through my first IVF this month. DH wants to transfer 2 and I want 1 just because of the risks associated with twin pregnancy.
