First signs during 2WW

Just got a positive (very light) so not yet certain, but I had two symptoms one weird the other less so. The weird one is that while pregnant with my daughter my eyelid got red and puffy. My dermatologist said "let's treat it once you give birth" and it went away when I gave birth (by the time I left the hospital). Last week my eye got a feeling like it was irritated in the exact same place. The other is the feeling of let down in my breasts. With my DD it was feeling hungry, taking a bite and feeling full. Also with her being easily winded.

With both of my pregnancies (one resulted in miscarriage), I noticed a metallic taste in my mouth and feelings almost like an electrical shock going through my breasts. This happened about a week or so before my period was due.

It is different for everyone - every time I've been pregnant (2 with IVF and once surprise, w/o) I have thought my period was starting..so, you might just need to do a crossword or something and wait for 2 weeks. It's hard, hang in there.
