When I have a retail question I call a store located in part of VA where the employees speak ENGLISH

I think the issue is that you expected an employee in a Kmart to answer your questions about seasonal products.

I can't remember the last time I called a retail store. When I actually go to a retail store, the employees speak English. Though it's possible that OP would not consider them to be speaking ENGLISH, since for many of them, English is the second, third, or fourth language.

Most people do not have the time to go to a retail store based purely on the assumption the retail store will have what they are looking for. That's what the phone is for.

I buy EVERYTHING I need from Lowe's at lowes Woodstock, va. Including my 39k in kitchen cabinets. The people that work there are great.

No. Since you decided to be urban and gentrify DC you raised store rents and drove what was left of our local stores out of business.

Actually it was for 3 condos I own that I was gutting. Schuler cabinets are quite nice. In my primary residence I have custom built cabinets and they were well over 39k.
