My 10-year old hasn't lost any teeth in a long time . He hasn't said anything to his little brother.
Santa--he's been pretending and playing along for a year or so---he's let some things slipped and smiled about. A year or so ago he asked why things were from 'toysrus' (label on something) if Santa's elves made them. But--I make all Holidays and small occasions really, REALLY fun in our house...just like my mom did for us. My kids love it--and so do I! |

I think it might depend on birth order.
My oldest was over and done with Santa a 2nd grade. My current 10 year old still believes, or pretends to. Honestly, after 2nd grade the topic never came up again, so we still believe in our house. of course, this is the same 10 year old who cried when he turned 10, because he had a good life so far and didn't want to grow up! I'm sure he knows at some level. |
