I figured out my neighbor was cheating when I saw her friend out walking with her kids and he made a big point of explaining why he had stopped by their house - as if I would care. That was a couple of weeks after I saw him run into the house from around the corner as if he were trying to avoid being seen.

But it wasn't all that interesting to track although it did lessen my respect for her. OP, try to find something else to focus on.
