Wow OP. I get nothing at all. I think a $100 gift card is very nice plus the breakfast idea. People want time more than pizza.

I've had some bosses that do zero so I agree it's nice that you do anything. One of my favorite bosses used to give everyone a $75 gift card, plus provide a catered dinner after work.

Fed here. I've never gotten a gift from my boss or even a holiday party/meal/lunch out. We have a potluck, but it's $20 to attend and you must bring a dish so most don't attend.

My boss takes our small team out to a very nice lunch, even though our company has no holiday party/bonus policy.

I suspect she pays for it herself, although I don't know for sure. What I do know is that's a really nice, long lunch, after which everyone goes home early.
