When my anxiety was untreated, it was panic of some sort every night. As a result, I developed insomnia. Now that my anxiety is under control, I have to work on the lingering sleep issues.

In high school and college, my anxiety always came during the tic tic tic of the 60 Minutes clock, as I slowly realized how much work I still had to do before I was prepared for the onslaught on Monday. It was so depressing and sort of terrifying.

Just realized people might not know I'm talking about the tic tic tic of the 60 Minutes clock on Sunday nights at 7 pm. Still sort of hate that time of the week.
