That's so cruel!! I guess I have always wondered about that as there is no listed budget for furnishinga.

It kind of makes me mad now that they poke all those nails in those newly painted and finished walls to hang up all those "eat" and "family" metal letter signs if they're just going back there and ripping them all out again and leaving holes in the drywall to patch up. That totally sucks for the homeowners.

Actually i believe that the homeowners are presented with the "staging package" and can choose to buy the furnishings and decor, and I am thinking that many of them would to avoid the dry wall patching.
