This videos Sums up Millennials, Get used to it old people

Back to the topic....

When will people figure out that most selfies come out lousy to begin with? Get a stranger to take a picture, or a friend that is with you. That is what I have done in amusement parks, museums, sporting events, etc.

Yeah, too bad the sportscaster decided to mock these ladies doing WHAT THEY WERE ASKED TO DO.

"Two Diamondbacks broadcasters urged fans to take photos of themselves and submit them for consideration in the T-Mobile Data Strong® Fan of the Game competition. The students complied. They held out their arms and turned their cellphone cameras on themselves. One student positioned a churro next to her mouth. Snap. Another stuck out her tongue. Snap. A third sucked in her cheeks. Snap."

So, a bunch of college girls participating in a baseball promo event is being turned into a referendum on the millennial generation? Super.

I am a 40 year old gen xer. I certainly hope our over generalizing and jumping to conclusion speaks of my entire generation

If they were black, that comment would be immediately construed as being racist.

I don't support what these broads are doing - they are complete clowns.

Calling them broads- how classy.

You sound like an old misogynist fart. I doubt these girls could care less what you think of them.

Good luck in the work force.

I'm pretty sure none of those morons will be my supervisor.

Oh for fuck's sake. They are COLLEGE kids participating in a promo. Give them a break. They are not morons, or monkeys, or a spectacle. They are a group that got singled out for participating in the promo for being young and blonde and watchable.

The announcers' comments were pretty funny, though. And being requested to participate in a promo event does not mean you have to make duck lips and photograph yourself biting your churro/ hot dog near your mouth over and over and over.

They were at a baseball game. It's not like they were missing any action.

That's pretty low of the broadcaster, actually.

+1

You're assuming, OP, that they'll actually be able to get jobs when (if, I should say) they graduate from whatever second-rate school they are attending.

Oh man! OP, you have totally smeared a whole group of young women and by crass generalization a whole generation. I'm really annoyed with you.
