If the worksheet is incorrect, I would absolutely meet with the teacher to ask why she is using this worksheet.

Here's the thing---the parents at my school will continually bitch about the worksheet but nobody will step up and actually say something or do something about it. Why would you have your kid working from something so bad?

If it were an endless series of wrong information, I would speak up, starting by asking the teacher what's going on.

If it's just the odd shitty worksheet, I rant at home.
