OP I would say given they require you to not have inspection contingencies, they are really asking a lot.

If you are someone who invests in property, has a team of expert builders and carpenters and lots of spare cash floating about, I would say you might be able to fix it and / or live in it etc.

But if you are a normal person looking to buy a home. No, its not a good option for you.
