Kylie was beautiful before she had her lips/breasts/nose done. She truly was cute.

But she said living in the shadows of her beautiful sisters was tough. Look at Kendall...She is taller, thinner and more naturally beautiful, I highly doubt she has gone under the knife. Kylie probably felt inadequate compared to her and wanted to step up her game.

She did say she was always self-conscious about her "thin lips."

Plus having her father transform into a woman must not have been easy either.

In spite of her wealth, I think she is unhappy overall. A poor little rich girl.

That picture makes me sad. In addition to her lips, I'm guessing she's had implants and possibly some other facial surgery. The Kylie on the right looks like a typical teenage girl. She looks like a grown woman who could teach me (I am twice her age) a thing or two about life in the picture on the left - even the look in her eye tells the tale, at 17 she could easily pass for 27. I can't imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a different face looking back at me.

Kim looks great. It is also true that she has had a lot of surgery.

People possess amazing powers of delusion when it comes to denying plastic surgery. My own family apparently never noticed the nose job I had a decade ago.

Why does acknowledging her plastic surgery mean anyone is jealous? It's just a fact. You think of surgery as some horrible, shameful thing, I guess?
