What do you think about birthday parties at fast food restaurants? (McDonalds, Chick Fil A, etc...)

Honestly? I would think it's a little low-rent but my kid would probably love it.

Low-rent?

Chik filet is definitely not that cheap, it's a 200 minimum for catering

I know I like my bigotry battered and deep-fried. 'Murica!

This would be how I would handle it. Its a party to show appreciation to your friend, if its at McDs or a park with paper plates you go and teach your children to be gracious.

Whatever. At least chic-fil-a uses actually chicken breast. McDonald's nuggets are unknown part and slime.

My kids are older. But we would have gone and had a blast!

I remember the one on Rockville pike. It had the side room with the train cars and little fry guy tables.

So much fun. Back when the interiors were red plastic seats before McDonald's tried to reinvent itself.

And the old outdoor play areas. Steel playground stuff

Fun fun fun.

I may not be up to date with online lingo but what on earth does the second sentence mean?

I didn't know these places offered birthdays. But yes, if kids' friends had a party there we'd go.

+1 I'd be surprised that these places still offer them, but sure my kids can go. The kiddie gym birthday parties aren't any healthier with their pizza and over sugared cakes.

wrust = what

and there is a period missing after attend.

A question mark after food would also help.

Low-rent?

"low-rent" means "for the poors"

The problem is not being gracious but it gets uncomfortable if there is no food your child can eat. Not everyone eats meat or nuggets. My child would be gracious but only drink milk or water and decline any food in less I forced the issue and got him a cheese sandwich. He does not eat meat and for some reason does not like french fries (the logical back up but he will not eat them no matter where or how hard I try). I'd feed him before we went but its uncomfortable.

Catering? We went to one & the mom ordered 6 kids meals, took the toys back to turn in for the ice cream stuff cups, brought mini-cups cakes, nothing for the adults. It did not come close to $200. I figured the mom was pretty tight on money, the kids had fun, so I didn't really care. I'd rather her do what she can afford than go in debt to pay for something more.

No, I wouldn't let my kids go to any party held at a fast food restaurant. Right now they don't know that fast food exists and I want to keep it that way for as long as possible.

You do realize bounce house and places like Kid Junction are the same thing, right?
