Agree somewhat. I don't follow celebrities but I enjoy some of their work. For example I think Tom Hanks is an incredible actor and I enjoy the majority of his work. I feel the same about Meryl Streep, Matthew McConaughey, Natalie Portman, Matt Damon, Patrick Stewart, Justin Timberlake , (this is a surprise) and many more. It's not that I particularly care about their personal lives, I just enjoy their acting.

To answer OP's question I think Drew Berymore, Ann Hathaway, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tom Cruise (after 1995) Justin Beiber, and about 95% of the others.
