IKEA cribs?

We did not buy an IKEA crib because we preferred to purchase a crib that was made in america and built of solid wood. Babies spend lots of time sleeping in their cribs, and we felt more comfortable with that.

We have an IKEA crib. It's now a toddler bed for our three-year-old, and going strong. We liked the minimalist profile and decided we'd rather spend money on her "real bed" when she's older.

You're right that IKEA is not made in America but it is made of solid wood.
