Is drinking Wild Turkey low class?

Anonymous
I drink wild turkey-although I recently bought a bottle of Four Roses and that may be my new bourbon. What can I say, I'm a price-conscious bourbon drinker. My MIL always makes fun of me because she thinks WT is low class, but to my way of thinking someone who drinks a handle of Maker's Mark in week (plus how many bottles of white wine) shouldn't be casting stones at the bottle of WT I've had on my fridge for months.

Four roses is legit.

Buffalo trace is the best bourbon for the money.

Bourbon is a kind of whiskey.

Knob Creek is a better bourbon that is also inexpensive.

Oh how I loved the dirty bird in college.

Four Roses is awesome. It commands $16/glass in fancy whiskey bars. And you can buy the whole bottle in a shop for $33 and do your drinking at home.

I disagree about Buffalo Trace -- I don't get it. But hey -- that's why they make more than one kind of whiskey.

My old fave was Elijah Craig, but Four Roses has replaced it.

The last time I had WT was a mid-80s summer, when I was leaving a party and a coworker thrust a handle of 101 through my driver's window, offering me a chug for the road. I was young and stupid, so I took it. (And lucky, no consequences.) Different times.
