Exactly. A can of beer and a can of coke weigh the same, are the same size, and could both be used as a weapon. But yet the muslim is the one who had a hassle, and I suspect strongly that there was discrimination here. For what it's worth, it would get on my nerves, too, to be asked to have the can unopened if that is not the normal procedure, but don't say that one is a weapon and one isn't. |
You're right. The liar sounds is the Flight Attendant. |
Ummm. You can hate ISIS and also hate that innocent muslims experience discrimination. Do you really think it has to be one or the other? |
Each stewardess serves in her own way. She has the entire aeroplane to look after. You are asked what you want. That is it. In a relatively short time she must do the entire row. This is not your waitress or personal servant. |
Stewardess and aeroplane? |
This tells me that she is doing this to 'start a conversation'. It also tells me she's prone to see racism in everything. |
Only when travelling first class do you get service. I read the article. Another paasenger got annoyed with her and told her to shut up. The airline staff was not that rude to her |
The FA told her that SHE (the passenger) would use it as a weapon. That's quite an offensive accusation! And the other passenger's swearing and derogatory comments were completely out of line. |
Murica!
"A man sitting across the aisle turned to her and yelled, "You Muslim, you need to shut the f*** up," she said." |
"She said that the man told her: "Yes, you know you would use it as a weapon. So shut the f*** up."" |
Muslims don't drink right? |
But of course, because remember that ISIS is evil. ISIS members are Muslims. Therefore, all Muslims are evil. Quite logical, don't you think? ![]() |
It was the FA's discrimination that likely invited the rude comment from the other passenger. If there is a zero tolerance policy for discrimination on an airline and by the FA's, then passengers are less likely to also say such things. |
Key words: SHE said. |
Have any of the other passengers on this flight come forward to describe what they saw happening? |
