I actually went to the open house. There is a full third floor of entertaining space with a deck that would also make a decent bedroom. You also don't have to use the rental unit as a rental unit if you don't want. It was nicely done - one of the nicest flips I have seen. I don't know if it will fetch $859K but we shall see.
So it's only two "true" bedrooms excluding the one in the basement?
