Activities for 5-year-old to do "with" grandma over FaceTime?

We loved the concept of Caribou but it constantly froze and had glitches on our various devices My child is learning to pick out letters and sound out words, so her grandma will write words on a sheet of paper on her end and help her sound it out, or they draw pictures together of the word, etc. I would have low expectations about how much time they can really do this but it's very cute when it works out!
