My aunt has worked at CNN quite frequently as a video editor. She has many Larry King and Wolf Blitzer stories.

I actually saw Wolf in person in the White House press room when I interned there in the late 90s. He has a ginormous head.

By big head, do you mean he's arrogent? Either way, I disagree. He seemed perfectly nice and his head is in fine proportion for his body. It's his poufy hairdo that adds to his head's circumference.
