I am 5'11 and DH is 6'. I can't imagine being with someone a full foot taller than me! Do you have to crane your neck to kiss each other?

Yes it's annoying. Sexual positions are also trickier - I'm 11 inches shorter - looking back I would have selected a man who was shorter, all other things being equal.

OP here. Someone a foot taller than you would be 6'11!! There aren't many that tall!!!! How tall was the tallest person that you've dated? Yes, the height difference leads to tiptoeing for me and him leaning down. Not surprisingly, I have excellent posture! Him..not so much. In my time, I've gone on dates with guys ranging from about 5'3" to 6'4." For me, it felt strange to date someone who was nearer to my height as most guys I encountered were generally 5'6" and above.

Yes. DH has to lean down to kiss me. I love the height difference though.

I'm 5'10" and the tallest man I've dated is 6'6"- it was glorious!
6'3" or 6'4" is really good fit too, but I've also been okay with a guy who was only 1 in taller than me.

Tallest -6'1! I am just so used to guys being about my height and I really like it.

He sometimes refuses to bend down when I'm trying to kiss him. He finds it very funny. He's 6'4", I'm 5'4".

Very short. 5'1." DH is 6'3." In group gatherings, I am typically the shortest and DH is typically the tallest. Neither of us is all that remarkable on our own, but together, the height discrepency is very apparent.

Got you beat. 15" for us. I'm 5'0 (barely, probably have shrunk over the years).
