Meta-troll: trying to derail a thread about how you derail threads. Hmmm, maybe you could switch the subject from resurrection/virgin birth to Jesus' whole existence. Snap! That's what you did!

Maybe we should refer to HM poster as Groundhog poster. Same thing happened on the other threads--once the HM analogies got thoroughly quashed, Groundhog immediately switched to assertions that Jesus's existence is a myth.

Yes, "Groundhog". I like it!

+1. Another vote for "Groundhog"!

Is this what good Christians do?

name call?

I LOVE this thread! You bash atheists using evidence and you "come back" at us by calling us Groundhogs.

My 10 yo could do better than you Christians can!

Groundhog!

wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm one of the posters PP was trying to identify as a "sock puppet." Some of those links PP has were where I was clearly having a conversation with PP or someone else. You know, a back and forth. Anybody clicking on those links can see it. If participating in a conversation makes me a sock puppet, then it makes PP a sock puppet too. Clearly, having a convo =/= sock puppet. Nice try, though, Groundhog Poster.

different poster from the one above

Get it straight, homey!

I'm just baffled as to how you got through college relying on myths. Did you attend a religious higher level institution where the bible trumped academic research?

As an atheist, I do not feel maligned by someone labeling another atheist poster Groundhog. And if Groundhog dislikes the name, s/he can easily escape it by dropping the Horus/Mithras preoccupation. Or just keep at it and call your opponent Horus Thief.

Ditto. Call me Horus Thief all you want.

Also, someone asked for our academic credentials. I have a graduate degree from one of the top schools in the country (Ivy) and I work as a research economist. Maybe that's why the whole HM thing makes me chuckle so much!

Another Horus Thief. HYP undergrad degree focusing on ancient/medieval history. MBA. Work is finance related.
