I've known skinny people with high bp and very fat people with low bp, so you can really assume nothing. That's why it's important to get regular screenings even if you "look" healthy!
I'm the fricking poster girl that the importance of getting regular check-ups! I am a physically fit person whose height and weight are where they should be. I got sick and I wasn;t getting better so I went to the doctor. I found out that my body isn't absorbing nutrients the way that it's meant to and even though I was taking vitamins and eating relatively well, my levels for most of my vitamins and other nutrients were very low. Now I'm on B12 injections for the rest of my life If I hadn' t gotten sick, I may have never gone in for any testing.
