OP here. I got my credit today!! They have called about picking up the couch and I've left 2 messages and they haven't returned the calls. I'm not terribly concerned about the pick up since I got my money back. I assume they will have it picked up before the new one I'm ordering tonight (from somewhere else) comes.
It was not easy to get the credit but I finally found a corporate office email and they took care of me. I'm still done with Pottery Barn but at least I got my money back. |
