Somebody won a lawsuit for her student loan

I ran into some trouble making payments on my student loans last summer after having kid #2. My company called me and gave me about a 4 month deferment to get caught up with my affairs.

It was really rather painless (and appreciated!) Now I'm guessing, had I chose to ignore them, then yes, they would "call and call".
