It's one of our fave meals of all time! I don't really use a recipe but this one comes close: http://mobile.eatingwell.com/recipes/bibimbap_shrimp_mushrooms.html Brown rice works just as well as quinoa I just happen to be out of rice this week. Also, you can get all the korean ingredients at Whole Foods but for more selection, try HMart. |
