Is there a list somewhere of all the private special needs schools where Fairfax pays the tution?

OP, there is no definitive list of private schools. The answer would be that any school system would have an obligation to fund Private School X, provided that a showing was made that a child could not be educated by the school system and Private School X could provide the educational supports needed.

The Phillips Programs has a school in Annandale and they take some public school referrals. I'm not sure if they are the right fit or not for you though but they do a lot of good work there for their kids. Good luck.
