| Well, the Yankee Candle store gives me a headache if I'm in the same part of the mall. But the Sparkling Snow candle sounds intriguing. I might check it out. |
|
It smells like an asthma trigger to me.
Seriously, clean your house and if you must scent it cut some grab some dried lavender or if you insist on vanilla, bake some freaking cookies. |
|
Any candle is kind of iffy, honestly, why compound it with these fake smells.

I love the "Bacon" scented one and the one that smells like "Freshly Mowed Hay" although it does give me hay fever! I also love the "Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup" scent.
I checked their website and I think there is a new one coming up in 2015 called "Cow Dung" and another one called "Chicken Wings." Those could be nice in the Winter months. Wouldn't it be great if they had a new scent called "Baby's Bottom?" Wouldn't that be darling? My Gosh I love, love LOVE those candles! You girls are just precious! I just don't know what I would do without all of the helpful home tips here on DCUM! The Mister is just going to rave about the chicken wing scented candle but I don't know HOW I will keep him fed!
Thanks, Ladies! |
OMG, that is the worst thing ever. http://www.yankeecandle.com/product/mmm-bacon/_/R-1264203 |
| Holy shit I was TOTALLY being a witch when I wrote the previous post . . . I cannot believe they ACTUALLY HAVE A BACON SCENTED CANDLE!!! GAH! |
I'm the first pp that mentioned the bacon scented candle. Yeah, your post wasn't funny. It was trying way too hard. Fail. |
|
What the FAIL really is, is that a company makes candles that SMELL LIKE BACON.
AND PEOPLE BUY THEM. AND YOU POST ABOUT THEM. YOU FAIL. Tremendous, horrible, fail. You probably have cat litter scented candles as well. You are an ass hat. |
Agreed. I'm no Yankee Candle booster, but that wasn't even funny. |
You need to step away from the internet at 2 a.m. |
| The ability of people on this site to belittle, demean, and turn even the most innocent post into a snotty bitch-fest never ceases to amaze me. |
I love you. |
If it's a Yankee candle, not a Midwestern candle. Leave it in one of the New England states. |
Same here. If you want real holiday smells, cook! Or throw cider and some mulling spices on the stove. |
+1 I just purchased a pumpkin one last night! |
