How do you make an easy to peel hard boiled egg???

I always have problems if I let the eggs cool naturally. Normally I make them, put them in an ice bath and then peel within 2 minuets. If I let them sit, they don't peel well.

BTW, I don't use old eggs. I actually use the freshest eggs one can possibly find, I have 8 chickens.

I think I'd tried 15 different ways before I found what so far seems to be a magic solution, and I usually found that the method would work sometimes and not others. Egg age never seemed to be a factor. I now make them in my pressure cooker following these directions: http://www.hippressurecooking.com/cracked-soft-medium-and-hard-boiled-eggs-in-the-pressure-cooker/

I'm 5 for 5 so far with the pressure cooking method.

I follow the ATK method - the part I am always worried about it how long to leave the eggs sitting in the boiled water. In this thread alone the times range from 9 min to 15 min - that is a huge difference. I usually leave mine for closer to 15 because I am worried they won't be cooked.
